The first part of the hotel has restaurant, lobby bar.

The Chinese restaurant is decorated in ancient style to combine traditional culture with modern food. It not only offers good environment for eating but also for business activity. There are 500seats, including 23boxes can hold 4 to 18 person each and a big banquet, which can hold 200 persons. The dish is mainly “Hangzhou style” and some special and local food.

West style food restaurant is in the lobby. It mainly offers American style service, from breakfast to supper. Breakfast is buffet, lunch and supper have cakes and business suite food. In afternoon, it offers coffee, tea and other drinking. At night, there is band playing. It can hold 70 persons.

Wang Qi, general supervisor of food in the hotel, has acted as chef from 1981 and is the 12th disciple of “Jiangnan Fhef King” Wu Yonggen. He had assisted his teacher to prepare food for Deng Xiaoping in 1983. Afterward, he had served leaders Zhu Rongji, Wen Jiabao, Huang Ju, Jia Qinglin and so on and was praised. From 1986, he acted as general chef and has rich experience in food management and making.
